[ PROGRAM: SRTV-E // ASSET INTEGRATION LOG ]

Electrifying the Global Standard for Tactical Search and Rescue.

Hypercraft collaborated with BC Customs to engineer the propulsion architecture for the electrified SRTV (Search and Rescue Tactical Vehicle). Known for its deployment-readiness and air-drop capability, the SRTV platform required a powertrain that could match its ruggedness while adding a new tactical dimension: Silent Infiltration. This integration validates the Hypercraft system’s ability to survive high-impact, air-drop-to-combat scenarios while providing superior torque density.

Why it matters:

  • Air-Drop Ready Durability: The SRTV is designed for rapid deployment via C-130 and C-17 aircraft. Hypercraft’s battery and motor mounts were engineered to withstand the extreme G-loads associated with high-velocity landings.

  • Silent Infiltration & Exfiltration: The electrified SRTV allows Special Operations teams to approach objectives with a significantly reduced acoustic footprint, providing a “silent watch” capability that internal combustion engines cannot achieve.

  • Bi-Directional Power (V2L): The 800V HyperPack onboard serves as a mobile energy reservoir, capable of powering field hospitals, communication arrays, or drone charging stations directly from the vehicle’s powertrain.

  • Aggressive Terrain Navigation: By removing the traditional transmission and shifting to an electric direct-drive, the SRTV-e achieves 100% torque delivery at 0 RPM—essential for vertical climbing and technical obstacle clearing in remote theaters.
